Healthy Communities Forum #15
Healthy Communities Forums explore how various facets of the health of our cities – economic, environmental, and social – intersect. At this forum, Andrew Guzman, professor at the University of California, Berkeley, presented his new book, "Overheated: The Human Cost of Climate Change" and discussed the devastating impact of climate change on our communities. Guzman then suggested some regional solutions for mitigating the climate crisis. After the presentation, the audience shared their ideas about fighting climate change locally.
